Standard Fees: $2.00 Setup Fee and $1.00 Monthly PEPM Fee will apply per active employee to the following entities:

Applicable Large Employers: Each unique FEIN will be charged an $80 base monthly fee.
Commonly-Controlled Groups: Parent company will be charged the $80.00 base fee per month and each secondary FEIN within the group will be charged a $30 base fee each month.

Small Employers with fewer than 50 employees or equivalents and not associated with a commonly controlled group - $80 base monthly fee per FEIN applies.

This is a binding contract for a 12-month term. You’ll have access to the ACA Compliance at any time during the 12-month term, but monthly service fees will be charged each month based on your number of active employees.
